When Will My Order Ship?

Processing & Handling

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 2–5 business days. During peak periods, this may extend to 20–30 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is estimated at 7–14 business days under normal circumstances. During peak periods, delivery may take 15–20 business days.

During high-demand sales events, some items may run out of stock, which could further extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If processing and handling time exceeds the defined window, you may request a full refund and cancel your order. Please contact us at support@norikey.com for assistance.

Order Issues

Lost Parcel Customers are responsible for handling claims of lost parcels if the issue is deemed to be caused by the courier. norikeys cannot control courier operations, but we are happy to provide any documentation or assistance needed to support your claim.
Delivery Failure Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier disruptions — may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Shipping Delays & Cancellations

Before Dispatch Cancellations and full refunds can be processed within 24 hours of placing your order if you change your mind.
After Dispatch No refunds or cancellations are permitted until the package is received, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If total delivery time (including handling and processing) exceeds 30 business days, norikeys will issue a full refund upon your request. Please note that pre-order periods are not included in this calculation.

VAT and Import Tax

Due to varying customs policies across different destinations, we cannot guarantee whether taxes or import duties will be applied to your order. Our product prices do not include VAT or import taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient in accordance with local regulations.

We make every effort to declare a reasonable value for our products. If customs authorities require additional documentation or information, please contact us at support@norikey.com and we will provide assistance where possible.

Peak Periods

Peak periods include promotional sales events or other high-demand times explicitly announced on the norikeys homepage banner. During peak periods, both processing and delivery windows may be extended as noted in Section 1.

We recommend placing orders in advance during sale events to allow for additional processing time.

Tracking Details

You will receive two automated email notifications:

Order Confirmed Sent immediately after your purchase is placed, confirming your order details.
Order Shipped Sent once your order has been prepared and handed over to the courier, including your tracking number.

You can track your shipment using your tracking number via 17Track or the courier's official website.

Express Shipping Disclaimer

Where express shipping options are available, norikeys is unable to control or guarantee the final speed or transit duration of express courier services. Delivery estimates provided by couriers are not guaranteed.

If you experience issues with an express shipment, please contact our support team at support@norikey.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Missing Items in Delivered Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier service — with supporting evidence based on their standard operating procedures and 17Track data — customers are responsible for resolving any issues related to delivered but missing items directly with the courier.

We strongly recommend checking your tracking information and any delivery photos provided by the courier before contacting us. Our team is available to provide supporting documentation if needed.
